Computer Concepts of Iowa keeps professionals in-house to answer your computing and networking questions. Onsite

If your problems are a step beyond what can be handled remotely or with help desk support, we'll send our specialists right to your business or home. While many things can be handled remotely, many cannot. The advantage to onsite support, is that our technician can diagnose and fix the problem right there where it's happening.

 

Drop-Off

In many cases, we may ask you to bring your computer equipment or peripherals into the office where we have more diagnostic facilities available for troubleshooting. It's also less expensive to leave your computer here than it is for an onsite call.
