Computer Concepts of Iowa has been selling and supporting computer equipment to Businesses and Home Consumers for years in the Denison area. Denison, much like the rest of Western Iowa is full of thriving small businesses in need of IT support, and now Computer Concepts of Iowa has partnered with Monarc Technologies in Denison to expand its service and sales area more effectively into Crawford County.
Adam Schweers is the founder and president of Computer Concepts of Iowa. As an Ar-We-Va Graduate and Arcadia native, Adam spent years in Crawford County and Denison. "I have been impressed with the number of young professionals owning and leading businesses," says Schweers. "And although it is the newer generation of business owners who are embracing newer technologies as a majority, we see that a very large percentage of more established companies are converting more traditional methods of accounting, inventory management, data storage and filing to much more comprehensive systems based on computers and software," he continues.
Computer Concepts of Iowa hopes to provide a much higher level of business IT support than businesses have currently been able to get. Their large and diverse staff makes this possible. This, coupled with our exceptional PC repair turn-around times (in many cases 24-48 hours), sets Computer Concepts of Iowa apart from the other IT firms.
Schweers also intends to fill a gap on the retail side of things. "There are many computer accessories and parts that are now available for purchase in Denison and we hope consumers will begin to look for us when they are in need," he says. "Our goal is to have what the customer needs to keep functioning properly or to upgrade and function better. If we don't, we'll get it here quickly." Convenience for the customer is the end result.
